What happens in a D&R Discovery Session
Sixty minutes, two practitioners, one owner. Here's exactly what we ask, what we're listening for, and what you walk out with.

People ask what a $300 hour with two people actually gets them. Fair question. Here is the session, start to finish.
Minutes 0 to 15: the operation
Don asks about the business the way a reporter would. Where does work come from. What's the pipeline really look like. Who do you know, who should you know, what room do you dread. What's your reputation doing for you when you're not in the room, and what happens when something goes wrong.
Minutes 15 to 30: the operator
Remi asks about you the way a performance coach would. Sleep, honestly. Food, honestly. Movement. Energy at 3pm. What you do under stress. Which habits held last quarter and which ones quietly fell off.
Minutes 30 to 50: the contradictions
This is the part you can't get from either of us alone. We go back through both halves and find where the stories disagree. The pipeline that needs five calls a week from a person whose energy is gone by noon. The referral room you keep skipping on the day you also skip the gym. The growth plan that assumes a version of you that doesn't exist on a Tuesday.

Minutes 50 to 60: the first lever
We name the one conflict that's most likely the ceiling, and the one thing to do about it first. Not a program. One lever. You can pull it yourself.
What you walk out with
A clear statement of where your business systems and your personal capacity are working against each other, and the first move. If you go on to the 90-day engagement, the $300 is credited in full. If you don't, you still have the diagnosis, and it's yours.
Book the session. Both of us will be on the call.
